I've dropped around 12 pounds since I've been home, mostly because I actually upped my exercise via walking, hiking and running in the hills near here. And lol, it would likely be more like 20 if I wasn't drinking significantly more.

Same weight as always. But I’m always physical. Work, at home working out on my own, love me the kettlebells, or the gym, or playing men’s league hockey. 42 yo and weigh the same as I did when I was 22
