Aren't you frequently out riding waves though too? I'm sure you got good vitamin D levels. :thu:

I had my second test last Thursday and this time the testing site was hosted by the National Guard. Six days later the results are in, tested negative.

Didn't mean to be disrespectful. I'm just trying to get facts from real people's experience of this virus and not the MEDIA. I've read that young men and women in their 20s usually don't have hardly any symptoms unless they are type 1 or have lung issues.

I need to get into vitamins/supplements of some sort. I’ve historically had low vitamin D but am trying to get out more (and I eat a few eggs a day now.)

Hard to tel what’s real and safe..,especially with ordering online. I’ve also had some D supplements in the past that annihilated my stomach.

Any recommendations for online purchase? 35 year old in decent shape for reference (5’11” and about 175lbs)

To keep it on track I still think there’s a chance my family has this in mid/late February. I had a wicked type of cold that hung on for 3 weeks. Nothing helped and it came and went, including some fluid in my lungs when I breathed deep and even lost my voice at one point. Going to get an antibody test soon...though I’m expecting it to be negative. Will update

Billy is and will continue for a while longer . With tours being cancelled they are losing more then we can imagine . Get used to it . All venues are closing and all live music is being cancelled .

I've been able to keep myself and my parents Covid free but its hitting hard financially. For the last 2 years, almost 3, I've been taking care of my elderly parents. They are both in bad health and I'm sure Covid would take them both pretty easily. Dad has overall bad health along with COPD, which makes breathing difficult for him. Mom is a two time cancer survivor who is legally blind and cant get around by herself. It was hard enough to keep her going before Covid arrived.

Anyway, all income sources gone away, no unemployment because my jobs are seasonal or part-time, no stimulus checks due to a tax situation, yada yada yada. Add the mental stress of being confined inside with the old folks and its just fun, fun, fun! But hey, I know plenty of people who have it worse than I do so I have to count my blessings.

Anyway, that's the bad news. The good news is some of you guys might be getting bargains on some cool guitars and amps soon.

Was the last vitamin supplement that you took a mult vitamin AND mineral? I take just a daily vitamin the multi vitamin/mineral jacked up my stomach as well so i stopped and just take the vitamins, but everyone is different, I do know that probiotics help me when my stomach is acting up, i dont take them everyday i take them about 1 a week or so and they help my stomach out a bit

Eating clean and drinking plenty of water is also super important lol

The Dokken band actually sounds pretty good and the guitar player (Jon Levin) is a excellent player

There is a rumor that Don was on meds and it sure sounds it, not a good video for him

That's Reb Beach on guitar. He was subbing for their regular guy.

Don recently had surgery on his spine which left him with some paralysis. Sounds like he isn't doing well.

Whoa!!! I hadn't watched it until now. Anyone who got Rona to see this show probably deserves it. Holy shit. It's one thing not to be able to sing as high as before, but he's not even trying to sing at all.

Everybody was doing a fine job in that Dokken video except the lead singer.

The bassist and guitarist were hitting high harmonies and sounded good.

The singer..................well I'm sure he's seen better days.............

I get that the music business is tough and there could be extenuating circumstances, but there had to be a ton of cash flowing into Don's accounts back in the day. If he's forced to do shows like this to pay the bills, he's an idiot. If he's doing it to pile on, then he needs to stop because he's embarrassing everyone around him...
