I'm also pretty good at it. I suck at certain things (baking [f#$% that], deserts [couldn't care less]) but almost everything else is in play. I only mention that to discuss this; a "Chili Cook-Off" where I work in about 3 weeks. I'm thinking about entering. Chili is not necessarily my specialty, but I can bust that shit out, if needed. There will be 4 categories; mild, medium, hot and super-hot. Crazy hot salsa IS one of my specialties, so I'm immediately interested in the super-hot category. But, common-sense says that you can't win with a super-hot recipe (there's one winner - not one winner per category). The number of people that actually enjoy super-hot (I'm talking Trinidad Scorps, Reapers, etc.) is really small. But it would also be enjoyable to hurt some people

What say you GAB-Broski's? Should I enter? Should I resist the urge to hurt people and shoot for something with heat, but not quite "Dragon's Breath" level? I'd kind of like to win for the bragging rights. Yup, I'm shallow that way LOL
