I think Steve Vai mentioned that in his rig rundown video. It adds some longevity to dem ole plectrums for sure.

Me too. The standard, the gator in either 1.5mm or 2.0mm are my choice. Instant response and the tone is pleasing to my ears.

Love those:

unfortunately durability is suboptimal and there are not too many sources to get em in my area. Anyway, tone and control are perfect for me.

Re: Show your picks!
I have been using Ice Pix stainless steel for years. They are thin but have no flex and I haven't been able to put any appreciable wear on the two I have been using. The only reason I have used more than one is because I lost one. My only complaint is the lack of grip. I have been using sand paper with adhesive but it wears out after a few months and I have to replace it.

Been using these for a while. I used stubbies for a long time, then jazz IIIs, then ended up with the green gator grips for a while, but in the end, I like the Ultex ones the best.
This ^. I used to use the purple delrin 2.0, as they were the picks that Yngwie used back in the day (late 80's) and I wanted to emulate him. I got so used to them, that I couldn't play anything else. Then I tried these picks and WOW, they are clicky (a good thing) and they last forever!

Re: Show your picks!
A few years old, and I have different ones now, but it's basically just a different font, same design. They are custom Clayton .080 Acetals. I'm actually "endorsed" by them, but I basically just get a % off when I order picks, which is probably the same amount they give Joe Schmo during a sale.
