155mm GPS guided arty. Average miss in field conditions -- just over three feet.

my ship was the first to test the 5" ERGM (extended range guided munition) round. GPS guided, conventionally fired/rocket propelled. allowed our naval gun's range to extend from 15 or so miles to a proposed 80.
fired 3 or 4 before almost melting our barrel. canceled the testing.
for accuracy, check this: i was a TLAM tech. unclassified, my weapon had ranges of ~1200 nm, with a CEP (circular error probability) of about 6'.
thats if you could get them to transition to cruise though, they had a pretty insufficient thrust right out of the launcher. ALWAYS looks like they were going to go down or head back to the ship
