Hi,
My name is Walt, I 've been involved in music since I was old enough to walk. I gave it all up at 21 years old, took a 23 year hiatus. I started back up at 44, now at 47 I get much more enjoyment from playing and writing music than I ever did when I was younger. I picked up a Schecter Jeff Loomis series 7 string last year, and all I can say is I love it!! My poor Warmoth 6 gun just sits idle now. I am addicted to bigger sound a 7 string gives, while at the same time not over doing it on that low B flat, I drop it a half step, easier on my old fingers..LOL. ANyway, I am glad to be here, once I get enough posts in I will be trying to move some gear, I am not sure about how one would work out payments verses shipments and everything as I have never sold anything on a forum before, so if anyone has some advice on that I would appreciate it. I mainly write and record everything on my own, which at times can get frustrating not having some outside influence from other musicians, and the whole recording thing is such a steep learning curve, hopefully I can learn a lot here from others who have been there and done it. Anyway I am getting off topic, I am glad to be here, hopefully I am welcome as well.
Rock On \m/

Thanks guys,
Honestly Casey4s, that whole 23 years of not playing wasn't without idea's blitzing my brain at the most inopportune times. The music never stopped in my head, I just had priorities I had to deal with at the time. It's great to be back playing again. It took a while to get the fingers moving again, but I'm getting there.

Glad you're here!
Selling isn't bad. Usually people will use PayPal which is pretty safe. If you have eBay or anything like that people will like to use it to see feedback. Otherwise usually a simple phone call and exchanging contact info is enough for people to be comfortable with a sale

I probably don't need to say how cool it is to get new blood here independent of HCAf and such. Welcome back to playing and welcome to GAB!!!
