DSL 100HR-Clip
https://soundcloud.com/maltese-fan/dsl-4-8-23
Quick sloppy clip of my DSL 100HR. No post EQ or anything.
OD2 channel boosted with a Digitech Screamin Blues.
Jackson JS 22-7, stock pickup. 1960A with G12T-75. Audix I5.
Pretty happy with the sound of this.

Sounds a lot more focused than some of your old clips. I would say it's a keeper, and post more!

Thanks for listening. I can't see the speakers through the grill. Just stuck the mic up to the grill and said @#$& it.

Re: DSL 100HR-Clip
you should get some backing tracks dude, that tone would sound solid with a left and right take, its fun

Agree with all of the above.
That 1st 49 seconds or so was not what I expected from a 7 on a Marshall, nice work.

Hell yeah, man. That'd be a great tone in a mix. Just a touch of shrill on its own, which almost always slams into a mix just right.

Re: DSL 100HR-Clip
Sounds cool man. I still need to give the HR a second chance. Do they still have a gap on their switching? I don't remember if it was the channel switching, mode switch or MV switching that had the gap but it was pretty noticeable
Guitars:
'78 Les Paul Pro / '89 SG Special/ '04 Gibson Les Paul Classic 3 pickup / Jackson Star/ Endres Tele / Fernandes Rhoads/ ''74 Hohner MIJ strat/ 2 Partscasters
Amps:
Depends on when you ask. I got tired of constantly updating this section lol
Cabs
Marshall 1960A w V30s/ Seismic 2x12 w Redback and V30.

Re: DSL 100HR-Clip
I should add that the optional 6 way footswitch is awesome.
All 4 modes, the 2 master volumes and the loop are all footswitchable.

Only problem I have with mine is getting the volume balanced between clean and crunch. Granted I haven’t tried too hard.
