Anyone see this movie before? Really good till the very end??? I really don't understand the ending and looking on the internet I'm not the only one

Had to IMDB it. I know I've seen at least some of it. But I think my irrational hatred for Jesse Eisenberg overtook me and I don't believe I finished it.

I've not seen this but I did initially conflate it with nightbreed, which I need to watch again.
