Some nice work. Im more of a black tolex kinda guy, but appreciate the beauty & craftsmanship that goes into that stuff. Really nice.

Difference. He has done it, and you haven't. I could machine one out of various metals and plastics as I am a cnc machinist, but that involves time and skill as well. Theres no telling how long it would take me just to draw it out in CAM.
love the wood, would commit hatecrimes on the tribal. srs why the FUCK does anyone put anyhting tribal on fucking anything. its 2013. put a bird on it.

true, but I also don't see it as something that would make me any money.

Yeah, the tribal thing is a bit played out. I'm not wearing Jnco jeans or listening to Limp Bizkit, what use do I have for the tribal design?

Definately. I couldnt see making any money at it either. I guess if you consider it as a hobby and enjoy it though. I would hate to see the price tag on that thing.

Are you Kerry King?
I don't consider Jagermeister to be a high class beverage, so no.

I never knew who bought all the Jagermeister and Bud Light Lime until I went to college.
My cousin got my dad and me going on Jag one night late at the bar when we weren't thinking clearly already. What a clusterfail that night turned into.
Worst drinking night of my life involved Jagermeister. I can't even smell it without my gag reflex being triggered.

That said, musicians are conservative bitches and prefer black tolex (myself included). Sad but true.
You're absolutely right. It's hard to even call it a niche market because there are so few interested.

Right again. The amount of time and effort that goes into these is pretty high even with a CNC doing the carving. There just aren't people willing to pay even remotely a fair value for them. This kind of custom work is something I enjoy doing but isn't a revenue generator. My best customer right now is a custom interior renovator that I've been making fluted columns for. It's simple work that can be done efficiently on the CNC and actually generates revenue.
I've had loads of inquiries for these cabs but the appetite just isn't there once they find out the cost, and that's with me giving huge discounts over what they really should be selling for.
