How can you solo for six minutes when a song is two minutes long, though?

When I was about 16, I wore out the track for Green Onions. I use to listen to it over and over.
The poor bastard was only 48 when he died.

Totally. I found some of his stuff a bit on the heavy side but he was one of the main reasons I got into guitar music the other was watching 'The Last Waltz'...

My Mom had Roy buchanan LP's in her record collection and I used to play 'Please don't turn me away' 'The Circle' 'Wayfairing Pilgrim' 'Filthy Teddy' and 'Royz Bluz' over and over and over........Oh, and that 'Brer Rabbit meet Tar Baby' instrumental too.

Didn't he hang himself in a police cell or something? I know there was kind of a mystery surrounding his death. Real shame...
