New Bloodbath (Grand Morbid Funeral)

Post by SuperFlyinMonke »

It's always refreshing to hear some new quality death metal. I feel like the metal crowd on this forum has gone into hiding lately with all this pedal and Fuchs talk...

This is plenty brutal.

Indeed!

Also, check out the newest Abysmal Dawn release. It has a cover of Dissection's Night's Blood as well (cd only).

whos on vox, Nick Holems or Mikael? If that's Mikael I am so pissed as an Opeth fan. Im sick of his elevator music, I want more of this in Opeth again.
amps:

Boss Katana 50
Mesa boogie single recto

Zoom G5N

It's Nick Holmes. I was surprised how he sounds on this, considering how his growling sounded a couple of PL albums ago (rough, but not exactly full on death metal):

Thanks for the link. That's a great album that kept me from strangling loud people while I study.

Currently listening to Hour of Penance. That's another heavy riff-fest.
