Just traded the RV50 for this puppy! Couldn't give it the ultimate test tonight, but I did get to play it at low volume. I think I'm gonna like this thing. Tomorrow, after work, it will get a proper test drive.
Pics or Bugera? Got a couple quickies taken with the phone.
OMG!!! This amp teles. Honestly, that's the only guitar I played thru it yesterday. We all know the high gain is there in these amps but let me say, the clean to mid gain tones in this amp are also fantastical!!! Love the tweed mode on channel one. Clean with a bit o' grit.
This amp is NOT short on features. You can designate any of the channels to have the fx loop on just by switching to that channel. The solo boost is a feature I'm really gonna take advantage of as well. If I end up using this all the time as my main amp, it will clear my pedal board of a few pieces. Between 50w/100w, diode/tube rectifier, three modes per channel, independent reverb for each channel this amp will keep me busy for a long time.

Not sure about buckethead, but I can tell you that the roadster can pull some tones you would not think typical of a recto.

The best amps on the market (IMO) are the Roadsters/Road Kings. You get all tone worlds an amp that slays each tonal world!
I simply love the clean tones I get out of Channel 1 on my RK!
You're goan be tone tickled pink for ages to come tweaking that amp!
Used the amp at practice yesterday and infatuation is now love. Sounded soooooo good. Everyone agreed it's a keeper. Well except the drummer who simply said, "I don't know. I'm the drummer."
Congrats. welcome to the roadster family! I run my 4th channel on modern (100 watts, bold, diodes) with everything basically on 12 o clock (presence off, with a maxon 808 boost) and it gets the heavy stuff done well. very well.
