Yet, somehow, spreading the gospel has been reduced to an annoying, loud noise.

To your point, I think a lot of people have missed it.
If you go back even one chapter to put the one you posted in context (as it was originally written without chapter and verse), we see the context is service and love. It goes on to 'imply' that God intends for governing authorities to do the same.

But just as ppl can do whatever they will, so can governments. People can be total jerks and thus governments can also be so, in spite of God's intended plan.
but as for us, if it is at all possible with our every effort, we should live in peace with everyone.

Why would we impeach Obama? He's done nothing wrong or illegal (proven anyways).

ACA was upheld in the Supreme Court. That means people who don't like it can suck it, including me.
