I made a big pork shoulder this weekend that got a nice garlicky, salty crust from the long slow roast. I am doing Keto for a minute... and then some delicious sautéed cabbage I cooked with salt pork and lots of pepper. Tastes just like my grandmothers pierogi filling.

The pork shoulder sounds good. Sautéed cabbage, not so much

Italian sub with the best meats I could score . Fresh Oil & vinegar . East coast style , they just don't know how to do it on the west side .

Breakfast: Cottage cheese and some veggies
Lunch: Grilled chicken on a Mediterranean salad
Dinner is gonna be a veggie stir fry tonight.

Brought lunch from home, today....
Amy's Porcini Mushroom Soup, brown rice, cut up ham steak and mixed veggies. It tastes better than it looks!
I usually make a batch of food and freeze it, in individual containers, to take to work.
I work in a low end, industrial area with not-so-clean delicatessens - their food tastes great but, the stomach cramps usually start kicking in around 2:00. Hence, the homemade lunches.

Today was a meatloaf sammich , made it last night with this little family farm beef , best I've ever had, gat damn it was good . Topped with Provolone & Mozzarella

Work lunch here today: cauliflower rice, broccoli, spring mix lettuce, and chicken breast in a bowl with light Asian sauce. 1 cup of Greek yogurt with honey and strawberries.
Rather bland, but helps keep my old ass from packing on the pounds.

Sounds pretty good, actually, for a reasonably light meal...
