I wasn't gonna say anything for fear of being beaten but sometimes I'll use fries to remove excess mayo from the burger if they slob it on too thick and it's delicious

Any form of garlic aioli (aka garlic mayo) on fries is fucking bomb. A restaurant in used to work at had a lemon aioli with tons of garlic in it that was used for grab cakes but was amazing on fries. All things on moderation, of course.
