That one is an easy tiebreaker for three reasons. Crosby wasn't a very good lead guitarist. Ratt is broken up, and Crosby is dead.
Joke
I only wanted to say "round and round".
I hate Rat
Your reasons are still valid though I think.

not a huge scorpions fan but I certainly enjoy the Schenker-Jabs duo and some of those songs are amazing. They seemed to have really good chemistry, schenker knew when to hold back and let mathias shine, but they were more of a traditional 2 guitar setup where one guy was designated to always play lead and the other rhythm. acdc comes to mind too.

Uli Jon Roth/Rudolf Schenker weren't slouches either. I also like Tipton/Downing, Michael Schenker/R. Schenker, Moore/Gorham, Sykes/& Gorham. even Vandenberg/Vai were pretty kick-ass while it lasted. Zappa/Vai were awesome when I saw them at the Palladium in NYC on Halloween night, on Vai's 1st tour.

Carcass. Those guys have killer harmonies, and are probably my current favorite. Maiden and Priest are a no brainer.

Never cared much for Arch Enemy. There was some good guitar work, just never did it for me. Carcass however.....Surgical Steel is one of the best albums this decade, and some incredible harmonies
