thank you for this video! i have been saying very similar things for years and have talked about the differences between the two and how they aren't the same thing and shouldn't be lumped together.

i don't belong to any party but i consider myself a liberal. i am open-minded and enjoy trying to see different people's points of view more than taking a hard stance. i love challenging my own views. it creates and nurtures personal growth.

i despise leftists. they are authoritarians who seek oppression. they are completely intolerant.

In this video, who is the gentleman referring to as "the Left"?
I thought, the Right meant, the right side of the aisle (Republicans)and the Left meant the left side of the aisle (Democrats).
The video appears to bash the Democrats (Left) while it promotes Liberalism.... and of course, every Republican cringes at the word, "Liberal".
So, who are the Left? The video makes it sound like white supremacists are part of the Left?
I though hippies, were left or, are they liberals? Are leftists, commies?
Can a Republican be, God forbid, a Liberal????

i am so late to the party but here we go anyway.....

antifa is a great example of leftists.

i guess someone could vote republican and still be a liberal. left and liberal are basically operating on 2 different planes and so they aren't synonymous.

just comparing the 2, liberals are open-minded and more individual freedom oriented whereas leftists are closed-minded and authoritarian.

There is absolutely no point in aligning with the left or the right in America right now. Both parties are pieces of complete shit. I'm still voting Sanders next election.
