Around here it's a 17 year-old stereotype driving a daddy-sponsored, jacked-up turbo-diesel pickup with a 6" smokestack blowing soot, a "Cornfield Cadillac" windshield logo and mud flaps with a stick-figure dry-humping an EPA badge...

Over here the problem is kids with buggered up exhausts driving past (in the middle of nowhere) in the middle of the night. Louder than the damn foxes.

My dad is that neighbor lol. He’s had a few different vehicles over the years so that’s why. It started with his old Ranger. 88, yanked the stock 4 cylinder and manual, dropped in a 5.0 V8 and AOD transmission into it. He’s had a few motorcycles since and is currently restoring a 66 Fairlane. Once that’s put back together I have no doubt he’ll be making noise in his neighborhood again.

My Mustang GT with the muffler delete sounds better than it has any right to - usually just straight pipes don't sound that great - the cats must be doing just enough.....

You have a GT? I'll be fucked. I figured you for an economy car.
I like to rev the engine in my truck when I have to much gas in the tank. It helps lighten the vehicle, therefore increasing gas mileage. Pretty straight forward stuff right there.

My LTD came with an engine and intake from an 87 Mustang, according to the previous owner. After a few years I spun a bearing and replaced it with a Blueprint HO crate engine from Summit Racing and topped it with the old Mustang HO intake. The old bird also has Ford shorty headers with glass packs and an H pipe.
