Vocals had great rock tone.
The drummer is only 17 so, I'm going to have to keep my thoughts private... until next year. :cop:

From their YouTube page...

That's not so cool. These "parent envisioned' bands are kind of creepy to me, like it's a hard rock Jackson 5. Also creepy how the guy needs to say this is his vision and drop his name like 4 times into his kids band bio.

I taught guitar long enough to know the kind of parent this is. You see that a lot in sports too.

I'd much rather see these kids do whatever the fuck they want.

Also, the lead singer is the real talent here, the others are merely competent. But seeing that they're siblings... Ugh. I don't like this at all...

Yeah, I agree with Billy. It's creepy and kinda pathetic. Like, what if the youngest wanted to play drums or guitar? Too bad, you have to play keyboards? I imagine the kids aren't given a whole lot of choice.

Also, the chicks are ugly. Lol

Just saw this band today from various YT videos. Holy shit, they ROCK on the studio covers but found very few even decent live recordings other than the CBS America Has Talent snippet. Makes me wonder if the production by the Father made the band. Lead Singer absolutely smokes and the Drummer kicks ass too. Check out The Trooper from them from Maiden on YT- friiggin smokes!

https://youtu.be/OzyHTO5GnWM

And I've owned shit tons of Marshalls but what the hell is the the model the guitarist is playing with all the funky LEDs?

They're Marshall Core digital amps.

They sound really, really good for a digital amp at least on that recording. But the Father is a music Producer, so who knows?

Nailed it , some old band will snatch up the singer sooner or later . They don't need to be beauty queens in Metal . Sad they will be judged on their looks by Dudes but that will hopefully wear off once they start rockin and handing the other bands their own asses .

Right on Brother. Who gives a crap what they look like. Previous poster must not be a Dad Cuz his ass would be pounded after making a statement like that. I'm kinda offended by that BS statement The Girl has serious pipes and can play Bass very well. The Drummer is very good and knows how to pound the skins. The Lead Guitarist is also seasoned and makes great eye candy for the Girls in the audience. The Rhythm Guitarist/Bass player is solid-- no holes in his young game I could hear-- and the kid is like 12!!!! Odd man out is the 10 yr old Keyboardist whom looks like he is stuck. Best wishes to this Band. I think they they kick ass. The Family interview on YT is heartwarming and very cool.

OK- I was wrong. I did find a killer live original from them. The Guitarist is no fake as you listen to his Paul Gilbert rendition. Man, I think this Band could go a long ways-- EVERYTHING is spot on. Enjoy.

Billy, the Guitarist is WAY beyond competent and IMHO is the next Randy Rhoads. He can play several music styles and excels. Quote me- this Band is heading to stardom and gaining momentum every month. They have the Talent and the Drive. You should check out their material a little closer and I think you would be very impressed.

I was being ironic, cause I'm someone who resembles said dweeb.

Though, I would defend the way I go about it as being the right way. I've always just left instruments out or turned on and ready for curious kids' hands and helped them understand some things to make it a little easier without trying to give actual lessons or make it feel like a class or an expectation. If they played some little three note line on repeat I'd casually start strumming chords behind it so that they have their first jam experience and so on. Little by little...

Now, most dads don't play nearly as well as I do or look as cool doing it so I had an advantage at piquing interest and helping them recognize that they have a genetic and nurturing advantage. YMMV

Oh Please. They do not act as though they are being forced into anything! My Mom was in the Medical field and ALL 5 of the Siblings are in the Medical Field. She sat us down and made all of us wear stethoscopes and learn Anatomy/Physiology. Really???? If you grow up in a Musical family, chances are you will carry on the tradition. Farmers pass that on to generations upon generations as do auto mechanics, construction workers, so on. The kids are not being forced into anything. Watch some of their interviews before you make such generalizations. If the Kids didn't give a shit or were disinterested- you would see it.

They're getting pretty serious, that's for sure. I get bothered by the singer's annunciation of "s" as "sh" like she's got a retainer in all the time, which she probably does since she had braces, but her voice is so smoky and wondeful that I still listen. All their Dio covers did her some good.
