yeah... they are a super tight band..... saw them in MSG on the Wasting Light tour and it was 3 hours of just rock and roll..... that was a cool arrangement of that song.... the drums sounded terrible though
Haven't scoped this yet, but I've quite enjoyed the last couple musical performances (Jack White, strokes)

Pat Smear despite being the oldest member of the band continues to seem the most cool and least dad like of the band.
They're always tight as fuck though. I don't know if its that Dave runs a tight ship, they're just that good, or they're all scared to lose that sweet payday but I've never seen them not laser tight aside from Dave's voice from time to time.

I thinks its a bit of both. I have seen them maybe 5 times since 95 always a great live show, even the boring albums stuff.
Gear Gibson les paul Traditional, les Paul signature T, U.S strat, Japanese Strat , 1970s Greco Tele, Charvel So-Cal Pro Mod style 1, Fernandes TEJ-85, 70's Greco tele. Marshall JVM 205c (Dan Gower modded), JCM900 SL-X, some pedals, Yamaha THR10
I’ve seen them a couple times and they were on point both times. Even the tour Dave was on a throne because he broke his leg... still phenomenal. Just a fantastic live band.

Also I watched both songs. Great performances but Times Like These was definitely amazing. I just saw those guys 2 years ago too. Looking forward to their new record. I actually like Concrete and Gold quite a bit too. It’s not my favorite but there’s some jams on there.
