yes several added on fees and BS rules because of that + fuel and rising costs of BS . That would have been closer to 40- 60 bucks a few years ago .

For years I was able to ship guitars for under $50. About three years or so ago it started climbing a bit. I think the last one I shipped bit me for around $80, and that was a couple years back.

Because the millionaires that our work feeds need to continue to earn more or it'll hurt their feelings.

I shipped a Charvel CS to psychodave a while back and I did the whole 'have FedEx pack and ship' it thing so it'd be fully insured. Shit was close to $200. Dude is a cool guy and kicked me back some $ for it, but that ended shipping guitars for me.

I have an Ibby up FS right now on FB in a few different groups and had a bunch of bites but they all want me to ship. Not gonna do it, guess I'm gonna have to chuck some EMGs in that thing or whatever...

You need to setup a shipper profile account with FedEx, I just shipped a Les Paul to L.A. in a hardshell case, double boxed and fully insured for $73 last week.
And if you have a credit card tied to the account, they only charge you after they deliver it.
Guitars:
'78 Les Paul Pro / '89 SG Special/ '04 Gibson Les Paul Classic 3 pickup / Jackson Star/ Endres Tele / Fernandes Rhoads/ ''74 Hohner MIJ strat/ 2 Partscasters

Amps:
Depends on when you ask. I got tired of constantly updating this section lol

Cabs
Marshall 1960A w V30s/ Seismic 2x12 w Redback and V30.

I do have an account . It varies so probably sending back from the same location might be cheaper , or more who knows . You got a decent deal though so there is still hope .
