Well, we are in the country that's spent most of the last forty years screaming, "THINK OF THE CHILDREN!"
The truth is children are carriers. The school lockdowns are honestly about not having the little transfer agents running the disease from house to house among the adults, like they do with the common cold, the flu, or any other yearly sickness. Send the kids to school because they most likely won't be affected, but you'll see adults getting bit for it even in houses where the kids never display symptoms.
Exactly... A virus that affects children at a low rate but devastates their parents and grandparents is what this is looking like. Why are schools closed? Because, if they were open, every day, hundreds (if not thousands) of kids could become carriers of a deadly virus. This is not rocket science, people...
“Devastates”?
You must be watching a different pandemic than me.
Here’s a stat that I heard from a source I would generally trust but I have not seen it publicized and likely wouldn’t be. So can’t say if it’s true or not. But from what we have heard it is generally old or people with fairly severe previous health issues. And I know there’s some story somewhere of the healthiest person InThe world dying, but that happens all the time anyway. And most likely that person had an undiagnosed health issue that was a ticking time bomb and they didn’t know it... anyway it says
..the average age of a person who dies from Covid 19 is higher than the national average of life expectancy of the population.. S, read that again. Haha. This has killed mainly people already past the median age which I believe is somewhere in the 70s. It’s not devastating them either if we are being frank it, but an old folks home or any higher population of old people grouped together especially sick elderly, for sure it’s not a good situation.
By most children’s parent are in their 20s, 30s and 40s. The % of deaths in that group is next to zero.
And noW the good old CDC, that great “center” are finally starting to learn a thing or two about this, cause make no mistake they No very very little right now. And what we do know rarely matches their “models”. And we as a country and even globally to some extent, first reacted cause of made up scenarios, and not facts, but fear. But we’ve covered that already, yeah? Lol But they learned, hey this doesn’t spread very easily at all on surfaces. . So pretty much the only way you can get it is by breathing in “water droplets” from someone who has it and coughs or sneezes in your general direction. Which unfortunately is likely how my wife initially caught it and brought in into my house as my mechanic was doing just that the day before he became hospitalized. So unless someone sneezes/coughs near you, which I’m gonna be honest under most circumstances is pretty damn rare, you likely won’t catch it.
I’m sure others have picked up the story For maybe a better article on it, but this is the one I saw posted. Good enough.

More people over 100 have died than those under 45
More people over 95 have died than those under 60

That's some pretty small sunsets carrying the most deaths
