I seriously love my job

Post by Ostinato Rubato »

I've said it before on another thread about my boss giving me a chance to make some money on the side, but in a whole different respect I just wanted to say that I love my job.

It's intense, it changes, there's always surprises, and there's rarely a dull moment. My staff is quirky, cookey, fun, sometimes needing a good ass kicking, but usually always hard working. I'm on the cutting edge of my industry where constant changes in legislation and regulations are always forcing us to revamp our protocols and I'm blessed to be responsible for a significant portion of those revisions. It keeps me fresh. Sometimes it scares the fuck out of me, but my employer is a kick ass dude and we generally stay excited about developing strategies to thrive in a tough environment.

I get to shout directives into a megaphone when I'm bored. I get to post on GAB. I get paid nicely. I love my job.

What do you do?
"If there was only a way that I couldn't even any less than I already can't then I'd gladly not, but I think I've entered some quantum paradox, dark matter levels of can't evening where the total absolute value of not evenness exceeds all ability to explain the can'ting." - MR RUBATO

Take what you described, work for yourself, make it an outdoor job and add getting to watch customer enjoy eating your product and that'd be my job.

I love my job, too man. I love showing people my job, taking them out there, giving them free stuff, I just love what I do.

We can relate/hug it out.
