Ok so can someone give me a perspective that isn’t negative to view this from?
I’m trying not to view this from a point of pessimism but this news really rubs me the wrong way and even when I went to read about this on Fox there wasn’t any different information or perspective to be found.

What legitimate reason could they have for blocking this?

They started opening bars and restaurants yesterday. Gyms too. We literally JUST had a state liquor warehouse close down because one of its employees tested positive. They have to close the whole thing down and sanitize every bottle, surface, box etc in the store. It’ll take over a week, but hey let’s go get some dinner!

Fucking. Morons.

I seriously can't wait to be able to go out again to a nice restaurant to eat.

We can't stay closed until there are NO cases.

Don’t trust this guy. That’s all there is to it. Don’t have concrete proof of his “motives” or whatver, but I just don’t trust him.

And as small and inconsequential as many would like to think, there is no way he would use the term “Final Solution” in regards to a Covid vaccine and him being ignorant to the origin of that term during the Holocaust. It’s just fucking odd.

Hmm, what am I doing wrong with the link? It’s how I always do it.. anywho

Just as a note, we only get 40 minutes before it kicks us out if there are more than 3 people in the chat. We can restart it after. :)

I can't think of any, other than just trying to regain control of the conversation and media stream. Always an open mind though. Maybe there's something I don't see :idk:

I'm onboard for another - it was some great conversation, comraderie, and info.

BTW - here is the Craigslist ad for the Dingwall I mentioned on the call.

As much as I want things to be "normal", this is concerning. Indiana has decided to slowly open things in a phased approach, which makes sense, but I think it's too soon. We still don't have any testing available directly to the public. You have to "qualify" for it (Doctor prescribed, health workers, first responders, showing obvious symptoms or direct contact with a known infected individual, etc.). With no easy way to know if you're infected but asymptomatic and no locally available antibody test to see if you've had it, I'm definitely concerned. To their credit, they are going to pull back if there are signs the numbers are increasing, but it could be two weeks before the numbers catch up and correlation is available. Damned if you do, damned if you don't...

Yeah it’s either going to really blow up and folks are killed off or it doesn’t. Real world experiments! Personal peeve in this. Joggers and bikers not wearing masks! They can spew breath 30 to 60 feet as they huff and puff. I hate it but masks are a must for God knows how long. Take care of yourselves and don’t count on the other guy to follow the rules.
