I will never drink an energy drink. Those things scare me. When i taught early morning classes all of ny students would walk into class with those giant cans of energy drinks.
me either, idiots
But I only drink one cup of coffee a day also......
Every day. And it might not be the best idea, since I'm pretty anxious about the whole situation. I'm back on Cipralex after seven years, because this shit gave me a mild depression. The only thing that gives some kind of relaxation is alcohol, but it's a bad everyday solution. And the only alcohol you get in normal grocery stores in Norway, is beer. Wine and hard liquor is only sold in specialized stores run by the government.
Which is good, I guess. Better a six-pack than a bottle of whiskey...
No energy drinks for me, I've got way too much energy as it is.
I did try a Red Bull and vodka back when that was a thing and it didn't turn out well. I beat up 30 guys, threw a car down the street then kicked a football to the moon.

Pussy.
Way back when I was feeling both invincible and ready to die, I once drank three energy drinks in the same day. One a Rock Star energy, two monsters. By the time that third one was down I could basically step outside and jump to the moon and back without needing a breath. My heart felt like it was beating four times harder than normal, but you know, science n' shit.
I don't usually drink coffee, but I drink a preworkout drink called C4 Ultimate.....drink half in the morning and another half sometime after noon, keeps me going throughout the day.
I don't like carbonated energy drinks and I usually just drink coffee black because I don't like the sugar crash, I'm kind of sensitive to it. That's why I dig the C4, jams me up and keeps me level with a gradual downswing.

The C4 is about 300mgs of caffeine.
When I first tapered off my energy drink fail, I started doing sugar free Monster. No sugar rush thus crash. Felt ten times better. Though it feels even better to be rid of it. The coffee caffeine doesn't hit me the same way. Less harsh ups and downs.

Yeah I never drink them either. Kimmi had it and I decided to give it a try. It actually tasted good but my heart was racing for a long time after I finished it.
I pretty much drink only water. I will have coffee occasionally but it's been a long time, maybe years... So I am not used to caffeine at all. That's probably why it hit me so hard lol
