Salsa Fixin's...

Post by IndyWS6 »

... are in the ground.

Life, and a shitty spring, got in the way last year so I didn't plant anything. Spring this year has also sucked, but I found a window of opportunity to get several tomato plants, plus Jalapeno's, Tabasco's, Serrano's and Cayenne's in the ground. I have plenty of "super hots" in the freezer, so there will be options to ratchet the intensity. Need to start thinking of new names for the final product.

"Pepper von Richter's Capsaicin Squeezin's"

5.5 - Moderate
"Slight damage to the intestinal tract can be expected"

7.5 - Major
"Internal organs may be harmed"

9 - Decimation
"Anal liquefaction should be expected"

I Love the smell of nitrocellulose in the morning.

Do you chop everything up like a pico de gallo or are you more of a blender guy?

Blender. I like it smooth and slightly runny, so it's more like a Picante Sauce...

:thu: Fingers crossed. My "garden" is 10 plants against the house. It's usually feast or famine - depending on the weather...
