My old metal band from IN resurrecting!

So I joined this band right before they recorded the first CD when I moved to Lafayette, IN. Found them on a "Musicians Wanted" site. They sent me over the song Jihad to learn. I guess they figured that was the most complex one so if I could play that, then the rest of the stuff would be no problem.

Drummer is just a sick bastard and the other guitar player is killer. They were really great guys. We had some challenges with the original singer with drinking and level of commitment so we replaced him for the second recording. Really loved playing with these guys but after moving back to NV, the other guitar player joined a band called Demiricous who was on Metal Blade. I was flying out for occasional shows but it all peter'd out.

That was all around 2008. Really me and the guitar player stayed in fairly regular contact but not so much with everyone else. Fast forward to last week, I was in IN for work and we all got together. First thing everyone asked was "Do you have new riffs/material" which was then followed by "Let's record new stuff and get some shows together!"

Super excited to be doing stuff with these guys again.

This was the last all original metal thing I was involved in that actually gigged doing originals. We did some cool festivals and played with some great bands.

Nope. We will do shows as well. They all are still pretty active in the Midwest so we’ll be able to get good spots. They’ve been out to Vegas a few times as well. We did some regional weekends. Vegas/UT/AZ
