I've probably posted about this before, but we have a family tradition where we do a crawfish boil over Easter weekend. I'm in the planning stages for this year and it will be the fourth consecutive year. I started small the first year with 30 pounds of live crawfish and we've ramped up through the years. Last year we did 90 pounds and that's probably where we'll land again this year. I might go 120 pounds - I'm waiting for RSVP's to roll in... I just ordered two 80 quart steamer pots (I currently have (2) 30 quart pots) and another burner to make it easier. We had to boil 6 batches last year and I was D R U N K by the time we finished LOL. Crawfish, corn, sausage, mushrooms, beer and liquor. Plus, friends and family. It costs a couple of dollars to have a massive amount of live crawfish shipped overnight to central Indiana, but it's a blast. I'm having T-shirts made this year. On the back, you will either be a "Boil Master" (me and my best bud), a "HOF Member" (select family), a ""Boil Hooker" (select female friends - long story) or a "Participant". The front will look like the attached photo. I'm already going to hell, so what do I care about blasphemous pictures
