I guess hes playing there June 14th
Im not sure if he's playing to a full band, or just backing tracks, but I LOVE this dudes playing.... He doesnt just slap out a solo over a backing track. He builds a song. And if the godamn thing requires a solo, it gets a damn GOOD one! :thu:

Yeah, man! He's an excellent guitarist. I think he plays with backing tracks, but he's a must go to show.
Some guys like a challenge. Not me.

I am really sad I wasn't able to go see him when he was local to me a month or so ago. Looks like this leg of the tour he is playing solo with backing tracks. He did some gigs last year with Brain (drums) and Brewer (bass) which sounded like a fun time based on this video. I like his tone with the 5150 III.

Ahh yeah... If I were to see him, Id reaallly prefer it was with a band! That was great!

I know this is an old post, but Buckethead is kicking off a new tour in the spring. I can finally go check him out in Rhode Island.
