Wanna see THE most awkward rig run down? (NIN)

Post by RyanDistortion »

Jesus Christ. I only watched the first part and Fink is full of awkward silence while thinking and, whoever this new chick is, she's as lifeless as a cold fish. She also doesn't seem to know a lot.

oh man.. that was awful. to relieve the pain in my skull after a minute of that i had to find the youtube dental surgery channel....

well.. not that nine inch nails kinda fall into the category of who i'd seek guitar rig guidance from... but good lord, you'd think that folks doing stuff professionally could have a SLIGHTLY more lucid conversation about it... giving interviews AND interviewing..

The passion and fire he has for his trade is humbling.

Her interviewing style brings out the dark inner secrets that helped him create those unforgettable melodies.

I too made it to 2:50

  Indeed. Saw this elsewhere a while ago with the same observation and watched for a second; didn't see the deal. Never went back to it. Just watched it again after seeing this thread and it get's painfully obvious much quicker how :freak: it is. Could have been super cool given the gear (and band) involved.

That interviewer has been doing rig rundowns for at least 6 years, you would think she would be better by now.

Really? This is the first time I've seen her. I usually see the 3 dudes and the younger, cute chick.

The interviewer is getting roasted here...but if you're a player with 5 dozen guitars, how can you not formulate a thought on anything?

Yeah, I remember her doing the Ted Nugent rundown several years ago. Maybe she's the person who does the rundowns when no one else is available. She definitely won't make anyone forget Rebecca.

Ahhh Rebecca. I had a crush on Rebecca.

Nah... Robin is really introverted/shy. Always has been. They should have never tried to interview him.

Yeah I've seen a few rundowns with her that was fine. This guy is just not very talkative, can't blame the interviewer for that...

her interview with Steve Morse was really good, he even acknowledged she asked really good questions.

I only made it to 2:33.

I have no problem with her, what the hell are you supposed to do with that kind of feedback?
