Other than it being lied about, no.

Just another issue to keep people bickering to cover up other things that are going on. It's done & over..Nothing can be done about it now.

I wish GW was still president. Him and Cheney never lied.

The only people that talk about this are the same people who listen to AM talk radio, white grandpas and people who live in rural areas and huddle around their AM radios for entertainment.

To me it's an issue that this Presidential administration has lied and tried to mislead the public as to the facts of what actually happened. I don't buy the media talking points that it's political completely (to some it may be). Questions like, who ordered the military (an hour away) to stand down? Who made the decision to reduce the security at the compound in Benghazi? Who edited the talking points to include the video that supposedly started the attack? Why did ambassador Rice go on the Sunday morning talk shows touting the lie and who commissioned her to do so? are all relevant and should have been answered months ago. It just reeks of cover up to me. Just like the fast and furious debacle was swept under the rug they tried to do so with Benghazi. Add to this, the IRS scandal and the seizing of phone records improperly if not illegally shows a pattern of Gov't gone wild and we the people should hold them accountable.

Sadly, too many American citizens are completely ignorant and refuse to research this type of thing for themselves.

First, every administration lies to and misleads the public.

Second, every version of the talking points included the video that supposedly started the attack. What was edited was how they termed the nature of the installation. It was changed from consulate to diplomatic outpost.

Now, truth time. Did you raise the same concerns over the Bush talking points that led to the Iraq war, and the denial that they received warnings of a possible 911 type attack from the Clinton administration?

The video, according to those on the ground in Benghazi as well as the Gov't in Lybia was a complete non-issue. It was an organized terrorist attack on Americans and the state dept. were notified of that fact on day one according to the recent testimonies of the men there. Research it.

Pretty much EVERYONE in Washington believed that Sadaam had WMD's. He had used them in the past on his own people.

As far as Clinton warning Bush about 911 "type" of attacks, maybe there were warnings but obviously the exact attack was a surprise to everyone and there is no way if GW had known about it would he have ignored it.

I'm not saying the video was not part of the talking points, or denying it was not actually the cause of the attacks. I'm saying the talking points were not changed to include the video, they included the video from the beginning. Research it.

As for the rest I'll take all that as a no. Now by all means continue with your partisan hypocrisy. I'm guessing you're also going to say Obama did not call it a terrorist attack the day after the attack either.

The original CIA talking points did NOT have any mention of the video. I won't lower myself to the level of name calling. You are entitled to your opinion.
