Great cameras. I always wanted one, but fuck those lenses are expensive.

I have zero DSLR gas anymore. Next camera will be mirrorless, if I even bother. I can always use my D3100 or my film cameras if I want some old-timey feels.

I've always wanted a really good DSLR. Then I got a decent entry-level digital Canon and I never use it. So, no...

i picked up a nikon D3400 couple of months back. excellent camera. ken rockwell loves it. i am about to take it out to the sawtooth mountains and put it to the test.

i would like a panasonic ZS100 as a take-everywhere little camera. has a 1" sensor in that bad boy.

I've got a fairly nice Nikon DSLR and I never use it either. When I travel I take a pocket camera because the DSLR is a PITA to take on a plane

D3400 is a great camera. I have the 3100 and have taken zillions of pictures with it. Rockwell's recommendation is spot on.

How is the video with it? It's pretty clunky on the 3100 and loses focus a lot. If they could iron that stuff out I'd consider upgrading.
