Any love for Frank Turner?

Post by K-Bizzle »

Anyone else here a Frank Turner fan?

I fucking love this guy both in music and the things he has to say about the world outside of music.

His new album is great and really hits on a lot of aspects of modern life and does so with a strong sense of humility.

For those who aren't familiar Frank is a former punk/hardcore guy who decided to do this folk pop thing some years ago and has done well enough to play fucking Wembly Stadium.
Those interested should check out Love Ire & Song and go forward from there.

I saw him last month on his tour with The Menzingers and Lucero. He puts on a great show. I'm not a die-hard fan, but Love, Ire, and Song is a fantastic album

Yeah I saw him on the same tour at the Chicago stop.
Dude is well read as fuck which lends itself to strong lyrics and that's where he really nails things more than anything (that and solid hooks).
