For real tho, was playing last night and was on a 2nd story balcony, dude was downstairs and across the street and I knocked him using that gun.
Yeah, it's no good for corner camping that's for sure. My problem at the moment, apart from being out of practice, is that whatever happened in the last patch has absolutely assfucked my performance in a firefight. I could just about pull a solid enough 60 fps with my 960 in 1.0 but now when the bullets start flying I get very inconsistent fps and it dips down to slideshow levels
I was thinking of buying a new card but thanks to coin miners everything is stupidly priced and a 1070 is nearly the cost of a 1080, at least to the point where you may as well skip straight to 1080 cash. Even a 1060 costs what a 1070 would ordinarily.

Yeah the last couple of circles ain't nothing to fuck with. Popping an energy drink & painkillers can make a quick excursion into the blue viable if you have a plan.
The more I think about the cost of a 1070 at the moment the more I get bummed out.

Grabbed a Dell 15-7000; mostly for music because my old laptop couldn’t run my template for orchestral stuff, but I started playing games on Steam and this worked out great for it.
I always end up in the open on the last circles. 4 Kills and 3rd place, 2nd place a few times, but every time the circle moved me directly into gun sights. And also some people have incredible head shot reaction skills. I had a few occasions where I started shooting someone (center of mass) with an auto 9mm or AKM, and as they are getting pacified, they swiftly turn and headshot me like the matrix. I suck.
Just popped on for a quick round. Haven't played much recently and when I have i've sucked. Had a good one just now and got me some kills again using early game ganks, looting them and rolling out. I forgot about the pump haha!

Got my brother into it; my nephew plays it on Xbone but my bro dug my vids and wanted to do PC. He’s noob but ok, we took 3rd last night in duos. He’s using a PS4 controller and doesn’t have the buttons down yet, which leads to hilarity like him diving off a bike while we’re top speeding into circle lol
Ran some good matches; squads with my brother and a couple friends. Won one, top 10 all the others. Brother got his first kill; dude took out a guy like 200 meters away with a P92 headshot lol. Was stoked for him.
Combat getting easier; got at least 2-3 kills per game. We dropped all the hot spots to get my bro used to it, survived all of em every time. No cheaters either, think the anti-cheat shit might be working.
New 4x4 map coming to test server next month. Overhaul of graphics and mechanics/animations. There is speculation that the gif at the bottom may be a practice range!

I’m down for that 4x4 map; that should make things a lot faster and more intense, less just straight running to find people. Hopefully they still dump 100 people on it and don’t cut the population in half, otherwise it’s just gonna be the same deal.
Practice range would be badass, that’d be a good thing to get people more used to the combat; I’d like to see respawns in there so you can just keep going over and over. I know I’ve gotten frustrated as hell when I’m having shitty games; wait to load in, drop, find no weapons, get shot and die, restart in lobby etc...shit gets completely monotonous and I end up just quitting and playing something else.
