Here's why Billy wins:

He wrote more than one song. Now, in Lemmy's defense, the one song he wrote is pretty fucking good. I'm willing to listen to it for an hour straight, live, and don't mind that they put out an album's worth of it every so often. But Billy has written quite a few songs, and at the end of the night, that wins.
