I started at 215 and today I'm 204. My belt is out of room for adjustment, need a smaller one. My wife is super impressed already with the visible improvement. Other people have noticed as well. I can tell a difference looking in the mirror and that's motivation enough to keep going.
I also feel better in general and feel like I sleep better. At this rate I will be a happy dude in a couple months. Hopefully it doesn't stall out.

Hopefully you're in the part of losing weight where it it becomes addictive and you don't want to stop. That's how I get. When I first saw the change, I wanted more.
