Reaper/Ezdrummer 2 guys. Im having issues

I havent recorded in a long time. When i loaded up the project i was working on it said something about knowing ezdrummer is on the track but cant load it/execute it. I updated reaper with no luck. Do i need to try and update ez drummer as well? It works stand alone outside of reaper!

After upgrading to EZ2, I had a similar problem when I loaded up an older track that I'd created with the first version of EZD. Is that possibly what you're dealing with?

I think I only had to reconnect the drum software as an electronic instrument using the same midi, and it was back to working again.

Yeah man. Try making my a new track, load EZ then copy/paste the midi track.

If you know how try updating your VST folders in Reaper from where Reaper recognized and pulls the VST's. If there was an update to EZ Drummer from VST to VST3 then Reaper might not know where the new version is.

I ran into this problem with Slate once.
