Just got back from the show about an hour ago....
The venue (a 260 seat converted movie theater) had some brutal, old cow of an usher, who jumped on anyone taking pics while Dick was playing.
She spotted me taking gear pics, before the show started, and warned me not to take pics during the performance.
Dick did not have any speakers slung overhead this time.
His Strat had the knobs removed, with shortened, stubby pot shafts. Dick played the first volume knob and flipped between the bridge and neck pickups.
It looked like he used the neck pickup on the quiet parts and flipped to the bridge for the loud rhythms.
His two, Fender Showman amps were on the floor, behind the cabinets. There was a 1x15 bass cab and a 2x15 guitar cab on both the left and right side of the stage.
I'll have to post the gear pics tomorrow night.
Dicks wife gave a quick intro and Dick started playing a few bars offstage, before the band walked out.
We had third row center seats and got to see the maestro from about 8 feet away for a personal performance! Yeah baby!!!
About five songs in, Dick whipped out a chromatic harmonica and wailed out an impressive blues number.
He played a drum duet and moved to playing the bass with drum sticks before making his way back to the guitar.
Dick played wireless so he was able to walk around the audience which was cool.
There was some audience participation and Dick got everyone singing Hey Bo Diddly and House of the Rising Sun.
Dick joked about his bad memory, getting old and he told a few cute PG stories.
The audience gave him a standing ovation when he came out during for the first song.
We gave him another standing ovation in the middle of the set and again when he wound up the show with Miserlou.
His wife joined him for the bows at the end and started crying when the whole place stood up, cheering, whooping and clapping massively.
The old man can still pull it off!!!

Worth the wait, Brian. Sounds like an awesome show! I was just thinking about all the showman-y stuff he does, and how he's developed the harmonica, trumpet, drumming and obviously guitar skills over 60 years of performing.
