Dorner had already killed cops and others, stated he was going to continue to do so, and demonstrated his intention to do so by shooting more and engaging in a firefight until the cops set the building on fire. Had he surrendered, then yes, due process would apply. He did not, and it ended as it was inevitably going to. Due process doesn't have a thing to do with it at that point. Shut the fuck up.

This guy wasn't an "insider." He washed out of the Field Training process, and didn't bring his bullshit allegations to light until he thought it would keep him from being washed out. Fuck him.
