Trouble sending PMs

Not sure how else to report this, since I can't PM anybody, so I'll put this in the 'Life' forum, hoping it'll get picked up...

I've been trying to send PMs since earlier this week, and they seem to be stuck in my outbox. Anybody else having that problem? Am I doing something wrong?

If somebody you are trying to PM has a full inbox or has not yet read the message, the message should stay in your outbox. At least that's how it has always worked for me.

So, Billy wrote me back and clarified things for me. Here's his reply, in case anyone else has noticed this behavior

It's not stuck. If it's sitting in your outbox, all that means is that the recipient hasn't opened it yet. This is just so you can edit your message before he reads it if you need to fix or add anything.

But the recipient did get a new message alert, even if it shows it's still in your outbox. He just did not open your message yet. He could be ignoring it or he could have not logged on the last few days or maybe he is just not checking his inbox. Whatever it is, your message is there waiting for him to take action.

Hope that clarifies it.
