I was repulsed and turned on at the same time.
I made a joke like, "No son of mine is going out there in a red shirt!" My wife glared at me and said, "It's your fault that I actually get that."

The cast was great as well.

As a horror movie fan, I thought it was very entertaining. After watching it, I really understood why everyone says it is kind of a comedy/satire/horror movie amalgamation. It wasn't scary so much as it was kind of an inside joke with horror movie fanboys. Would watch again.

Good premise, falls apart at the end.
seems like a lot of people don't understand the end. i know when i saw it in the theater i was like oh lovecraft how cool but most people there had no clue.

You would be the very first person in the entire history of the world to say that movie was even remotely OK. I've heard people say to just accidentally chop off a limb if somebody's setting you up to watch that just to get out of it.
I was in a more accepting mood this afternoon, but I can see why people would say that
It wasn't amazing, but there were a couple of good lines.

skyfall. 8/10m loved the old throwback bond stylings at parts. could have been more diabolical though. the train was empty? wtf? and a part that could have been makeup/prosthetics was done with CGI really close up. not happy about that.

Lincoln - 10/10 - DDL and TLJ are as good as they've always been and I liked the fact the movie focused on how Lincoln was able to garner enough votes to pass the 13th Amendment.
Cloud Atlas - 0/10 - I really, really wanted to like this. The trailer looked fantastic. I had to turn it off after less than an hour. It was completely disjointed and confusing.
