Looking at the gear lists of most of the members of HCAF would make me think otherwise. The members of HCAF spend a ton of money on gear. Also, the gear snobs at TGP aren't going to be buying the typical stuff served up in most banner ads either, and they already know about the boutique builders they're interested in buying from. The HC guys are much more likely to see something like a cool new pedal advertised and go for it IMO.
Yeah no shit. I've spent somewhere in the range of $40k on my gear and I'm still a little fish. Oh well fuck em. Glad most of the people I want to talk to have made their way here. I'm sure the rest will follow soon.
