The preamp is an almost exact copy of the 5E3 Deluxe's Bright Hi channel so it really sounds like a Deluxe but volume is kept lower and the inclusion of a Master Volume allows for really low volume practice.
I used two of Merlin's (the ValveWizard) B9A prototyping boards to build the amp. It uses a $14, 3.5 watt Fender reverb transformer for the output transformer. Power transformer voltage is pretty flexible and will work with anything between 190-0-190V to 300-0-300 volts.

The amp really does sound like a micro Deluxe and it sounds absolutely killer through a Weber 12A125A 12" AlNiCo speaker. I'm not a good enough guitar player to post sound clips but I hope to get a friend to cut some clips so people can hear it.
