I'm like...seriously, wtf? Sales and Engineer should never be used together to describe a job...There is nothing about sales that requires any sort of engineering...You talk to people and BS them into buying shit they don't need so you can get your commission. Maybe the engineering bit is about engineering your best BS lies to nab the sale...

I looked into JAG and was pretty excited about doing it. There was kinda red tape that prevented that from happening though. Something about my having already graduated but not having taken the bar. Kinda sucks. Seems like it could have been an interesting job.

This is where i am. Assistant manager at a busy-as-hell video store. I'm really good at it, the pay is alright, but it's stressful as hell. Taking two weeks off starting tomorrow. Pretty sure that place will crumble to the ground without me there.

I'm an IT guy in a small group of IT guys. When we're not stuck in meetings with IT Project Managers, we manage 2 IBM Power 7's, 2 VMware ESX clusters/SAN/ 400 virtual machines in 2 datacenters. We also manage our company's global network. Our hat rack is full. I also travel a few times a year to install the networking equipment in our retail stores. Last year I got to go to Santa Monica, Portland, Toronto and NYC. This year, Austin, Chicago, and Minneapolis.
