I dig a lot of FF stuff. I think Grohl is a badass. Not a super fan by any stretch. What is this TV show?

HBO - Sonic Highways - Friday nights

Each week, band visits & talks about different cities throughout US that have some kind of connection to the band's musical background, or a big music center on it's own. Has been to DC, LA, Nashville, Austin, New Orleans. Each song on the new album recorded at those cities (1 per city). Pretty cool stuff. Really gives context to the songs. Also, guest musicians doing solos (ie: Joe Walsh on the LA / Palm Desert episode)
