My Favorite Guitarist & Album....what's yours?
I'm a total 80's MetalHead....and there's a long list of guitarists to pick from...Sykes, DiMartini, Bratta, Beach, Becker, etc...but my all-time favorite has to be George Lynch. Favorite album with him is Lynch Mob's Wicked Sensation....I bought two tapes when that came out...cuz I knew I'd wear one out...I was right!
ROCK ON!

'nother George Lynch disciple here. he is the reason I picked up a guitar in 1985. I think his best work with Dokken is on BAck for the Attack, but idk every Dokken album back then had such great 80's guitar work and I always liked Don's vox although looking back the songs are unbearable in lyric content and dons range was absolute shit. they just had a nice chemistry together even though they hated eachother.

Hahaha!!! My thoughts exactly...what the hell was up with those lyrics?!! I still have all the albums on my iPod/playlists and I try not to pay too much attention to them but yes...Lynch RULES!! It seems like nobody solos anymore these days...just some boring chords or a bunch of overly saturated chug-a-lugging/drop d/drop/c one fingered wonders and everyone goes gaga over them...oh well. I'm content hiding behind a wall of 80's metal to shield me from all that nonsense...bad lyrics and all

Winger, Warrant, White Lion, Whitesnake (with Sykes), Blue Murder, RATT, Dokken, the list goes on and on....
ROCK ON!
