Does it make a difference when you have a locking trem?

Imo, with a locking nut the only differences to be concerned about is durability. Which a non angled peghead is superior.
Any other difference soundwise would be subtle at best. It's said that a minimum string angle is best when you talk about guitars without locking nuts.
