Are some job billy!

Two questions;

Is the anyway to make it so when we reply, it brings us right back to the last page of the thread we just posted in?

And is it possible to make the threads have 20 replies per page, and not the 10 it has now?

Now sure if I can change these just for me, or if they have to be global, but I figured I'd mention it.
