the Bogner TJ
ok here is an update on this head....
this fucker is loaded with tone and fkn loud....I brought it to my practice spot the other day and really got to open her up....this is a tricky beast though...the TJ is one of those amps that if you change one little thing it is very hard to get the tone back and volume has a dramatic affects on the tone also.
ch1 is very much jcm800ish and I believe it will take rather well to boosting when ever it is I get around to it...CH2 is just fkn rediculous...it can go from very bold and fat to thin and wimpy with just turning one knob (treble acts as a sweep/contour)but if you start hitting it with some serious volume "thin and wimpy" starts to become very aggresive and pissed off sounding...
I really need to spend more time with this amp. there is much tone locked deep down in this bitch it is just coaxing it out that is going to be tricky.. the TJ is also one of the most responsive amps I have ever played. it is like you can hear the snap of your wrist coming thru the speakers..all in all so far so good.

I see
I played through an Uberschall yesterday for the first time ever, but not the twin jet.
Sounded nice and agressive.

Pooperschall's are relatively cheap used for boutique amps, sold my TJ for $1850 I believe.
They are cool amps though.
