What is the difference between US and Japanese trem fitting measurements? (on the tremolo itself) I know this is VERY specific. But I am having a custom Jag made and I could only source once tremolo for it and need to know what the measurements are for a staytrem.

I have the Marr Jag. I don't know if it would be of help for your purposes because it is set in the Jazzmaster location (relative to the bridge) but if you just want dimensions of the trem itself, I can post measurements later when I'm home. I *think* the trem on the Marr is US made.

OK, here is what I managed to get last night - it's pretty crappy. I couldn't find my nice straightedges when I got home - I guess someone here borrowed them for a school project and did not return them to my workshop. So I used a crappy tape measure. You didn't specify the info you wanted so I simply took a couple pictures with the tape measure sitting on the trem - and of course the tape measure wanted to keep moving out of alignment as I snapped the pics.

Hope these are helpful. Let me know what you are specifically looking for and I'll take another pass at getting the info if these pictures don't work out for you.
